SAN DIEGO – The Navy hospital ship Mercy, which just wrapped up a humanitarian mission to Southeast Asia, arrived in its homeport of San Diego Thursday morning. During its deployment, the Mercy and its crew treated 90,000 patients, conducted more than 1,300 surgeries and provided dental help to 14,000 people.
